Frank
(Deb Forstner)
I had the privilege of Frank coming into my life as a puppy. I didn't discover CACM and agility classes until he was 6 years old. He was a very happy and willing partner, and I was a green and nervous handler. He helped me grow in so many ways. It's great to have a hobby with the added benefit of friendships. Frank participated in his final agility trial in October 2012, and died at the end of November 2012, at the age of 12. He did great at his last trial... I didn't know he was growing a brain tumor at the time. He participated in Canine Performance Events (CPE) Nationals in 2011, earning high in trial veteran for Level 4 standard runs. He also earned two championships through CPE, and additional titles in NADAC. But more than anything, he was my buddy. As you'll see from his photo, an added benefit of having a Spaniel (Frank was an English Cocker - field bred), is ears flying over jumps.
